I loved how cozy the room was, especially with the electric blankets, making it perfect for cooler nights. The convenience of walking into town was a huge plus for me, and being right across from the lake added to the charm. I also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the easy access to parking right outside my room.

What a nice stay, no reason to complain. Excellent food, friendly service and lovely view of the mountains. Very pleasant hotel employees all round. Modern and spotless room with netflix, a kitchen area, and a carpet. Large bathroom, exceptionally comfortable bed. Great and incredible location to Taupo Bungy. Great trip in this shopping area.

we had a wonderful stay at the absolute. our host, gerard, made us feel right at home with his friendly demeanor and even conversed in japanese with my wife! the suite was impressive, from the powerful shower to the comfortable beds. we appreciated the great local tips he provided, which made our visit even better. the pool and spa facilities were amazing and spotless, too. we’ll definitely return to this gem in the future.

No complains at all, I loved this place, can't recommend highly enough. The stay here was fairly nice on my next road trip. The location was stunning, not too far away from Maori Rock Carvings. There were local markets and a market around the hotel. The restaurant was good, offered great food.

We had a pleasant stay at Absolute Lake View Motel, with beautiful lake views and a convenient location for exploring Taupo. The room was tidy but lacked personality, and we found the pool too cold and the spa needs updating. On the upside, the beds were comfortable and the friendly owners added to our experience. it was fine for a couple of nights with our twins, despite a few hiccups.
